Bartlett, IL

This is another great First American Bank branch. Had to stop by last Monday and the staff was very friendly and helpful with helping me manage my account.

FAB is an outstanding relationship bank. I grew up in the country where this kind of service was always present. Now to have found an institution AND people (especially at Bartlett, IL and Hampshire, IL) in the suburbs of Chicago that even exceeded the service I grew up with. I hope they NEVER sell out to a larger merging type bank. FAB's business model is unparalleled!!

Jennifer Berry was very accommodating and patience when I opened a new account she was so nice to addressed my concerns and was so very helpful.

The office was very helpful and friendly. An excellent experience and I have recommended them to others. Nice to get excellent customer service, that is hard to find theses days.

I have banked with First American Bank since 1983 when I moved to the area. The staff both in person and on the phone have been very professional and courteous. You don't have to go through a bunch of voice prompts when you call i.e. press 1 for this press 2 for that. I recently had an attempted fraud on my identity through my Apple phone, fear that they got my account information was #1. First American helped me open new accounts, transfer monies and reestablish my direct deposits and auto bill payments. It was a process for sure but they helped every step of the way.

Laurie facilitated the HELOC application process with exceptional ease. As someone entrenched in the accounting field, navigating Tax Season often presents challenges in stepping away from the office. However, Laurie's accommodating approach shone through as she graciously conducted the closing right in my office. Her professionalism and convenience made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Christine Bowers, is the best, she helped out so much. We needed a one specific month transaction, so we can submit to the home lender, and she was able to do it, and other branch in Bloomingdale were not able to do it. I was so mad that I wanted to canceled my account, but not anymore, thank you so much for the great customer service experience. She deserves a raise 👏

We are very happy we decided to go to First American. Our banker, Kevin, could not have been nicer. Professional, returned phone calls, and worked hard to get us everything we needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great bank to be with.
